Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and with the packaging.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded unless they are returned unopened and unworn in the original packaging.

To process your returns, please contact us at hello@pollyedwards.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.  Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within five to seven business days after we receive your returns less the original shipping fee unless we made an error on our part.

Exchanges can be made as long as the items are returned unopened and unworn within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days with the item order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
